Excellent food for lovely and perfect breakfast with views over the bay. Marvellous location in everything shone with views of the sea. An excellent stay for 4 nights.

Great and absolutely fabulous accommodation with fine stuff with excellant personal service. Location just next door to the promenade up a side street, the Horse Trams and buses, and the restaurant. Also, close to the centre. Early check-in, parking close to the hotel. Everything really good. Honestly nothing too much trouble.

Is it really that good? My take

The breakfast options were good, with a wonderful range of cold items as well as freshly prepared cooked dishes. The staff exhibited really good hospitality, even accommodating our early breakfast requests.

The room had some awkward furniture arrangements.

The room is decent size and with coffee and several windows. It has good and perfect location very near sea front and there's free parking.

An enjoyable stay with a spacious and immaculate one-bedroom apartment, perfect for families, complete with a fully equipped kitchen and daily replenishments of tea and coffee. The large king-sized bed provided comfort, while the cozy bar area offered a nice spot for snacks. The absence of a washing machine was noted, and the beds were slightly softer than preferred. Some décor elements showed age but were well maintained, the overall atmosphere remained inviting.

My kids wished for more activities for families.

Rooms were neat and the staff were super friendly. The location is perfect-just a short walk to the seafront, and we had great meals at the bar after our adventures exploring Nobles Park and The Gaiety Theatre. Recommend this place for a group trip!

The only issue we faced was finding parking, a hassle, especially during peak times.

The welbeck was such a lovely stay! The hotel was super clean, and the facilities were excellent. The breakfast was fantastic, especially nico, were really good too, even serving us earlier than usual for our ferry. The location is perfect, too.

We had an amazing 4-night stay in a cozy small double room, where the comfy bed made our nights restful and the delicious breakfast set us up for the day. The leisure room was a fantastic spot to unwind, and we also enjoyed grabbing a drink at the bar to relax after exploring. The only downside was the slight noise from other guests, but it didn't take away from our lovely time. 😊

The Beautiful Double Room featured a spacious layout perfect for family gatherings, while the multiple building layout offered a unique and adaptable experience reminiscent of a rabbit warren. Fast Wi-Fi connectivity, a big plus when traveling with the crew.

Navigating between the three connected buildings felt more like playing hide and seek than relaxing at a hotel, especially when trying to keep track of the kids. The curtains in the room left much to be desired, as they offered minimal coverage and allowed the morning sun to flood the space too early for my liking. The absence of refillable toiletries was inconvenient, as I had to resort to single-use plastics that did not mesh well with strict airport security.

The Welbeck Hotel & Apartments offered possibly the best and most relaxing stay for my business trip. the staff was decent and efficient towards all guests. the room featured a large bed, a great bathroom, a lounge area, several windows, and a settee. the continental breakfast offered a wide range of outstanding food. the location was particularly good and easy to access from the sea port. Situated close to the Electric Railway, shops, promenade in Douglas, Horse Trams, and buses.

Breakfast was lovely with a view of the bay, which was absolutely fabulous. the setting here is good and unbeatable, with pubs and restaurants close by. Plus, it's conveniently located near the bay and a hill. 🌅
